Denis — Senior Product Manager Gaming · marketplaces · payments · 2017—2026

I build the side of the platform that earns.

Eight years shipping two-sided products — creator platforms, gaming and marketplaces, partner ecosystems, conversion and payments — plus independent AI products built from zero. This is how.

Every platform has two sides. I've spent my career on the harder one — the people whose income depends on it.

01 EXMO The money path — KYC, payment providers, payout-grade observability 2026—now · PL
02 Acid Rainbow BADMAD ROBOTS + acid.market — multiplayer gaming and a multi-game marketplace on Immutable 2022—25 · SG
03 Nintendo The supply side of a global gaming platform — partner onboarding, integrations, GTM 2019—22 · JP
04 Divtone Creator video platform — stars run a business inside the app: streams, merch, monetization 2017—19 · HK

Registration-to-deposit conversion, ×2.5 in six months

On any earning platform the most sensitive surface is where the money moves. I rebuilt signup and KYC, expanded the payment provider network, and made every payment observable — so routing decisions run on data, not incidents.

  • Rebuilt the signup → KYC → deposit funnel: removed steps, parallelized checks — verification conversion nearly doubled, 10.6% → 19.2%.
  • Launched 4 payment provider integrations, widening method coverage and cutting single-provider dependency.
  • Built provider-level observability across 10 providers: success rates, failure reasons, volumes and profitability on one dashboard.

Iteration cycle — hypotheses validated 3× faster

Owned product across BADMAD ROBOTS and the surrounding gaming ecosystem. Alongside the game, we built acid.market — an NFT marketplace on Immutable designed for BADMAD ROBOTS and other games. The game reached 120K+ pre-launch signups through community-led development.

  • Cut the iteration cycle 3× with focused sprints and automated QA pipelines — speed became the product strategy.
  • Built the analytics framework (Amplitude + custom SQL) that found retention-predicting behaviors; killed 40% of low-value backlog, beta satisfaction 3.8 → 4.3.
  • Built acid.market as a multi-game marketplace on Immutable — extending the product beyond a single title into discovery and transactions for in-game digital assets.

Partner activation time, after replacing manual onboarding with self-service

I owned the supply side of one of the world's biggest gaming platforms: the studios and developers whose revenue depends on how easy we are to build on. Same logic as streamers on a creator platform — their success is the ecosystem's growth.

  • Shipped a self-service partner portal that turned weeks of email threads into a guided flow. Partner NPS rose 18 points.
  • Built a cross-regional feedback system: 200+ partner issues captured, triaged, and driven into the roadmap of two major platform releases.
  • Led GTM for 10+ launches; the top 3 beat Week-1 revenue targets by 35% on average.

A mobile video platform where K-pop stars ran a real business: every artist had a back office to set up streams, merch and monetization. I owned the product end to end — and the growth came from the creator side.

  • Shipped 12 major features — live streaming, digital marketplace, creator tools — prioritized through interviews with artists and their management.
  • Ran 50+ A/B tests on onboarding, personalization and notification timing; monthly churn fell 63%.
  • Launched in Korea and Japan — localized the product experience around local fan behavior, content and monetization.

I don't only manage products. I build and ship them.

AI · Gaming · Mobile

RTFM.GG ↗

A game-specific AI assistant that gives players tailored answers, walkthroughs and strategies across their game library.

  • Built from scratch — concept, product design, implementation and launch.
  • Multimodal product — text, voice and game screenshots inside a subscription experience.
  • Shipped on iOS & Android as a real consumer product, not a prototype.
AI · Consumer · Mobile

brevv ↗

An AI pour-over companion: scan a coffee bag, get a recipe matched to your gear, then improve it from cup-by-cup feedback.

  • Built from scratch — from product idea to a shipped mobile experience.
  • AI in the core loop — visual input, personalization and an iterative feedback cycle.
  • Designed around utility — AI solves a specific user job rather than existing as a standalone feature.
Both products were built end-to-end by me using AI-assisted development — from product definition and UX to implementation and release.

Why this adds up to one profile: I know how to grow both sides of a transactional platform — demand, supply, and the money path between them.

Marketplace instincts, not theory

Creators at Divtone, partners at Nintendo, and acid.market on Immutable — I've built for supply, demand, and the systems connecting them.

Experiments as a pipeline

50+ A/B tests in one product, retention +86%, conversion ×2.5 — hypotheses ship in a stream, decisions run on data.

Conversion & payments, hands-on

I've rebuilt high-friction funnels, integrated payment providers, and built payment observability so product and routing decisions run on data.

Builder, not only PM

RTFM.GG and brevv were built from zero by me with AI-assisted development — I can turn a product hypothesis into something users can actually download and use.

Leadership that scales

Distributed teams at 90%+ sprint commitment; ready to grow into hiring a PM team of my own.
